Rental of entire bandshell also includes the exterior restrooms at rear of bandshell, one on each side. Womens on right has one toilet. Men's has one toilet and one urinal. AV equipment in right side of bandshell backstage (facing from W 2nd St). No exterior electric on back of bandshell. On front of stage there are four (4) 110v electric outlets on front of stage. Put on weekly parks schedule to unlock box. Can schedule advance AV staff to meet applicant on-site to show how to work AV stereo system and lights. Beware of shallow utilities up close to the bandshell and utility box.

There are two year round portopots at W 2nd Street tennis courts, and one portopot near the bocce courts.

Must reserve and pay. No electricity access in the vicinity. Includes a grassy area to the right of the bandshell utility box to the tree line and from the bell tower to a distance behind the gazebo. Leave the room by the gazebo for chairs if the renter orients use of space there and/or places chairs there. Carillon concerts are performed on Sundays from 12:30 - 1 pm, and five (5) special events - New Year's Eve, July 4, Kris Kringle Procession, Festival of Lights, Candlelight Tour of Historic Houses of Worship.
